I have been in Lansbrook for two years now and I must say it is a beautiful place to live! The landscaping has always been well kept. And the maintenance staff is the best maintenance staff I’ve ever dealt with in my years of renting. Every time I enter a work order, they fix the issue on the same day. The Maintenance Supervisor, Mike, even helped me with my flat tire after work one day. They definitely go above and beyond! I really enjoy living in this community and appreciate the hardworking staff here.
Bell at Lansbrook Village is a wonderful place to live. From the beautiful landscaping and 3 beautiful pools there is nowhere I would rather be. The staff is always helpful and it just feels like home. Bria Revels has always been so helpful to me and my family. She very helpful with my husband who has been battling serious health problems and has always asked to let her know if we need anything. We really enjoy and are blessed with a beautiful place to live and a wonderful staff who is caring and always there when you need them.
Communication with Bria is top-notch! It's always a pleasure to communicate with a high level professionals.

Just recently moved in and so far it’s been amazing. The first morning I woke up and walked my dogs and saw so many other owners doing the same, love that it’s so pet friendly. Sylvia is amazing and so kind she answered all of my questions and made me feel at home right away. The maintenance team is also amazing and quick. I love opening my windows for fresh air and I’m assuming the last tenants rarely touched them so they were hard to open but maintenance showed up less than an hour after the work order was place to lubricate the windows. I finally feel like I’m apart of a peaceful community living here.
The warm welcome, hospitality and kindness demonstrated every time Sylvia Karalis is in the leasing office has been remarkable. The other day I was having flight issues and she offered to help find alternative flights, spending her time and energy going above and beyond the call of duty. Sylvia has given good counsel on how to help save money, avoid late fees, and make staying her less stressful with automatic payments. Sylvia’s photo can be seen on the leasing wall helping others in need outside of the office and her service to others is exceptional. Working with her has been a blessing and she’s one of the first to offer refreshments and let you know about upcoming community events. Thank you Sylvia! You’re doing great!
